Defective/Damaged Items: You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged or defective.
Standard Returns/Exchanges: For other reasons (such as size issues), you have up to 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Unused Condition: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the MRP tag still attached and untampered.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (VAT/PAN bill if provided).
Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized/altered suits. For hygiene reasons, accessories like hijabs or pins cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Inspection: Once we receive the item at our Kathmandu location, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Approval: We will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, or bank transfer).
Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we approve the return.
Store Credit/Exchange: You may choose to receive store credit or exchange the item for a different size or a suit of equal or higher value.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Noor Fashion will cover the return shipping costs if the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.
Customer Preferences: For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Since you are based in Kathmandu, you may also offer a “Return to Store” option, allowing customers to drop off their returns at your physical location to avoid shipping fees.
